#29987 I often times feel lonely and down as a result of feeling excluded from my friend group. I have these feelings of being left out and wanting to feel wholly included again, but I don’t know how to explain or talk about it with them, or anyone, without making anyone feel like they owe me attention. I want them to want to include me, not to have to be reminded about it. When it comes to making new friends, I overthink everything and am simply not confident. I want to have that best friend relationship with someone, but I know something like that just has to happen spontaneously; you can’t just make it up one day. I don’t know, it’s like I have all these feelings but I don’t know how to bring them upfront without seeming like I’m trying to make anyone feel like they owe me the relationship or attention. Has anyone ever felt this way? And what did you do about it?
