I have found it to be one of the only ways I can escape the painful memories in my past, if even for a little while... I am so ashamed of myself for breaking on one of my most treasured morals but I felt like I had nowhere else to go. I put up a front and do not let my friends or family see what I am going through but I honestly need help, if even from a stranger to come out of this mess.
