#13895 I've been going to CAPS for weeks and it has been nothing but a waste of time. Every session the therapist asks the same questions and runs me in circles. I've given my full effort and cooperation, but no progress has been made. I know change won't happen overnight, but she's ended every session by saying "I'm sorry, I don't know how to help you."
