how does it empower you as women to subscribe to an ideology that constantly tells you that nothing is expected of you as women because your very own personal safety is the job of society, and you bear absolutely no responsibility for it;
that tells people to not call women "weak" or "bossy" rather than encourage you as women to stand up for yourselves, prove the society wrong, and endure criticism as brave adults;
that feels the need to have signs in subway against man spreading rather than encourage women to have the nerve to tell people, with some decency, not to use extra space;
that abuses male scientists for wearing t-shirts that might put off some women in STEM rather than portray the idea that women are strong people who wouldn't use t-shirts as an excuse for not pursuing a STEM field;
an ideology that inclines you to a viewpoint where almost anything is regarded as oppression against women?

How does any of this empower you? If anything, it only makes women look weak. But you are right when you say women are still being oppressed. Just that you haven't looked at the other side of it, where men are equally at disadvantage and constantly ignored and given no emotional support, additionally having politicians that always address the interests of women while male concerns are never a topic of discussion.

I will never believe in agendas that only remind me of my weaknesses and failings as a woman, because I very well know that I and my mother have countless things to be grateful for, which my brother and father don't.
