#15141 I am honestly so tired of seeing all these feminist posters saying "if you do X, if you believe in Y, you are a feminist." No, just stop. Everyone has the right to believe in whatever they want and choose to associate themselves with whatever political movement/ideologies they prefer.

If we were to rely solely on the dictionary definition to judge a social movement, then perhaps, there would be no criticism to communism, or any movement that sounds appealing in literal terms. I mean, communism seems great in theory, right? But it's hard to ignore the destructive aspects of communism we've seen in countries like Russia and China, which may be an accurate reflection of the ideology in practice. As long as you can be certain of the consequences and outcomes and say "See! That's what it looks like," it's better not to simply rely on theoretical models to form conclusive statements.

So considering what feminism looks like in reality, I doubt you would want to call every equalist a feminist.
