I've always thought that I was shy because I was introverted and believed this for many years but I've looked up introverted personalities so many times and I just don't match up with them. I've finally accepted that I suffer from social anxiety disorder. It's hard for me to find anything online to deal with this because its mostly girls that suffer from this like self image issues and low confidence. I've been to caps last semester and talked to a counselor but it didn't help much. I don't really know what to do.
