#16662 I'm still really upset that I wasn't chosen to be a BGR TL this year. I feel I am very energetic, enthusiastic and have good personality but still was cut. I am on campus this summer and seen some of the STAR TLs and they have like no personality and can tell that the students look so bored. I dont want to come off as narcissistic cause im not but I feel that I could have been a better TL than a lot of these other ppl that were chosen. Im just wondering how they decide the ppl that get cut because I really want to be a TL next year and I could do a good job.
