Big deal, work hard and be the one in your family to change the status quo. Stop letting your past dictate your future. No one can prevent you from being successful but yourself. It might take more work then someone with a "better" upbringing but you can change the cycle.

It will also try to turn off on its own, and will turn itself on if it gets turned off. I tried resetting it, but that didn't work, and assistive touch doesn't help. Does anyone know if there is a way to fix this other than taking it to an Apple Store? It will cost more to fix than it would to buy a different phone. Thanks in advance!
