#19154 I've had depression on and off for the last 7 years (mostly on for the 3 or 4); it doesn't really stop, just quiets down for a little bit here and there. On top of this, I've been single and lonely for a couple years and the few friendships I had managed to scrape together over the past couple years are slowly deteriorating. To top it off, I found out my dad has a (pretty severe) case of leukemia last week; he's apparently known for ~2 years, but didn't think to tell his kids (we found out when he posted nonchalantly posted about it on Facebook). At this point, I kind of want to just hibernate till I'm about 70 and go skydiving without a parachute.
