If a person felt their arm did not belong on their body, we would send them to a psychologist to counsel them and ensure that they receive the mental health they need. We would not encourage them tk cut off their arm, and intentionally maime themself. But, if someone feels like cutting off their genitals, we not only encourage them, but praise them as a hero.These people need counseling to get the help they need.
