#30554 While technically the second amendment does allow for everyone to have guns, the US constitution as it stands has major flaws including the bill of rights. Part of the constitutions intention was for it to be a living document something that most people overlook. If we try to repeal or even just change the second amendment would you still argue that it's unconstitutional? I highly doubt that anyone wants people to have guns for the reason that the founding fathers wanted which was literally to protect ourselves from invasions and coup to overthrow corrupt governments. While maybe it shouldn't be repealed, it could be changed to ensure the government has the ability to protect its citizens.

But now I’ve met the girl of my dreams and she’s even busier than I am... but also really really bad at responding. We’ve gone on a couple dates, and things have gone really well but I always just think that there’s something wrong and I have this deep anxiety that just won’t go away and I can’t concentrate. #30553 As a truly neutral party (I'm a centrist, literally cut down the middle on where I lean toward) I gotta say that as far as public opinion goes, those against gun control are losing this fight, badly. The other side is using facts and evidence that can be researched (not all of it is true, but the majority is). All I've seen from those against gun control is either emotionally charged opinions, or hiding behind a piece of paper written 250 years ago that has no real bearing on life anymore. Obviously, those against hold the government, but if they don't shape up soon, I can see them losing almost all their seats, and therefore their say, for quite a few terms.
