#20991 Can someone please tell me if international students always trying to get something for a lower price in those buy/sell sites. If it's a cultural thing? I'm asking because I post something for an obviously already low price or price firm (not talking about things that can be negotiatied, negotiate on) and they always try to go down on price no matter what. Then get upset I won't deliver/take the offered price. I just honestly want to know why? It's irritating to the max, but I want to understand.
