#21438 Winter break, combined with being alone and depressed, along with netflix, a pay raise at work and little supervision with my job promotion where i basically work from home and pick my own hours has made my diet, sleep schedule, apartment and life altogether completely whacked. I am entirely off the wagon right now. Need to find my way back on before the semester starts but I have no idea where to begin.
