How can anyone feel any other way? Have they biked on the dusty highways and watched the rainstorms sweep in over the corn? Have they walked through the caverns near Bloomington, or hiked in the forests west of Columbus, or waded in the rivers and the creeks? Have they stood on the sand dunes in the north and watched the clouds roll over Lake Michigan? Have they seen the canals in Metamora, or the skyscrapers in Indianapolis?

God damn, I started out freshman year an urban-transplanted atheist loudmouth who thought Indiana sucked, farmers were useless, and the state should just be driven though, but after three years of travelling around the state and getting burnt in the Hoosier sun, even I have to admit that I know God's country when I see it. Boiler up.

Trump was in front of me. It was a moment where I could get away with anything, so I punched him in the face as hard as I could. My punch sends him spinning half a turn. His body bent over as though he had run a 100 miles. He gets up and turns back at me with the face of Ted Cruz. I wake up screaming so loud I woke up my roommate. I told him sheepishly that I had a nightmare about engineering exam trying to eat me up. I didn't tell him the trump thing because he's --- you know.
He gets touchy plus he owns a gun, and I don't want to die.

Safe to say, I had an eventful night.

#23698 I really thought I was going to do better this semester. I'm only a sophomore and will be on academic probation following this finals week. The unfortunate thing is that I miscalculated my grade in one class. The entire time my friends and I were receiving the same scores on papers, quizzes, and reports in lab and I find out it's all weighted. I am concerned for them because a lot of us went through it thinking it was on a points system. (LAB, not the actual class) So, due to failing lab, I fail the class.

Confession: This would be my second time on academic probation. Not back to back though so I won't be dropped. I guess I have that going for me? I have switched majors and hopefully things will brighten up.
