I have a friend who just finished his time with the ARMY. He's now suffering from PTSD, depression, and anxiety. He constantly posts what he's going through and I have to sound like an asshole right now, but its annoying as fuck. I reached out to him once to get some professional help, and he didn't take it. He lost a lot of good friends after joining the army. I'm about to delete him from my friends, because I can't take what he has to say anymore. But I truly believe he needs someone who has gone through the same issues, and use that person as an inspiration to get better. Not beg for attention to his Facebook friends. Don't post your problems on Facebook, face your problems.
