If whenever you're sick with a cold or fever get a table spoon fill it with honey and add lime to it. Drink it and if you want to with salt, but not much, and swallow it. Just wait awhile and you'll feel good after about 5 minutes.

I can tell that I'm starting to spiral downward into the deepest depressive episode of my life and I'm terrified of what it might do, not just to me but to the people around me. I don't want anyone to worry, but I know the only way I'll get through this is to start up medications again and once I do that everyone will know what's up. Of course this would happen right at the beginning of a new relationship...I just really don't know what to do, and I'm in desperate need of advice.

I mostly want to die just so I an stop having to deal with all the bullshit. Even when I succeed, I just fail again....like a yoyo.

I want all of the suicidal people (there's a few here) to listen to me: once you feel so alone that nobody understands your struggles is not the time to give-up. It's when you have struggles that literally nobody else has gone through. And I promise you, others have gone through what you have. I'm different because I always have been REALLY different. Even I have some similar struggles. In fact, a lot of my problems are relatable...maybe even fixable. But some aren't.

I'm not giving up yet. I may keep a bottle of pills ready to swallow by my bedside, but I'm giving it a few more shots. So if I can do it, you can too.

(btw, I'm not saying my problems are harder, everyone has hard problems, and some people have even more challenging ones. I'm saying that someone else has gone through your bullshit. Reach out to them and they will to you. I just don't think many, if any, people have felt this kind of bullshit.)

I used to take classes that interested me personally or academically, until NAU beat that curiosity out of me. Most of what we get "taught" at NAU can be had for $1.50 in late fees from a public library. If NAU was in charge of sex ed, everybody would be celibate.

To the kids who leave all their trash around the table on the Gabaldon Field when they go out to smoke or drink, please stop. You're going to ruin it for all of us.
