A slut is someone who sleeps around without any real motive to do so; like the girl who just says yes because a dick is there and they figure "why not?" Or the guy who just wants to fuck even though there's a girl waiting for him at home. It has nothing to do with numbers; it has everything to do with attitude. If you're easy, you're probably a slut. If you just like sex but actually have morals and standards, do yo thang and don't blink twice.

Confessions like "I'm 19 and I am going to be alone forever only 2 people smiled at me today" are sort of ridiculous. Like you said, you're 19. I think within the next 60-80 years of your life you will find someone. It'll be ok.

You know how you sometimes become friends with a group of people and everyone is great... except for the one asshole? Like, he was already in the group so you can't kick him out, but he's just a dick. My confession is that I'm really tired of that asshole.

I'm a senior and I'm taking a 100 level class to fulfill some diversity requirements. I would just like to know if any of you freshmen pay attention to what comes out of your mouth or know how stupid it sounds out loud. Maybe I really am just too old to understand, but some of the things I've heard in that class are outrageously ignorant, like they haven't had a critical thought of their own in years. It scares me and pisses me off all at the same time. To the ones that don't say stupid shit: say goodbye to you classmates now, 50% of them will be gone very soon. For good reason, too.

Can we please stop with the "I slept with (x) amount of guys since (time) am I a slut?" posts?

Who gives a shit. You do you. Use protection, get tested and openly communicate with the people you're sleeping with about what you're doing and really, what's the harm? Dismiss how you were brought up and societal expectations of sex and ask yourself, why does it even matter? It feels good for your partner, it feels good to you... if you're careful nothing detrimental is likely to happen. Enjoy your body and other people's.

Reading these confessions makes me hate our generation and society so much more than I already do....
