I'm finding a lack of motivation lately, especially for homework. How do you people do it?

I recently got out of a 2 year relationship right before I came up here, and it was my first one. It's been kind of hard to go back to meeting guys.. I guess I totally forgot how to be single and have fun haha. Any tips?

Ive been with my boyfriend for nearly 6 months...I thought a lot of my friends would really enjoy getting to meet him and such, but when I introduced him to some of them they told me afterwards "THAT is who you are dating?? hes such a nerd though! why not go for a football player? I thought you told me he was handsome.." It really hurt to think that they were expecting me to end up with someone on the football or hockey team that most girls drool over with a personality as stunning as a rock. I think my boyfriend is really handsome, but in order for anyone to fully see how amazing he is, they need to delve into his personality. I hate how everyone takes a look at him and then a look at me and says "but you are GORGEOUS! How did you end up with HIM?" cant they just be happy for me? what does it matter if APPARENTLY I am "too good for him" in the looks department? I certainly dont think I am and people shouldnt be focused on looks first anyways!

Nerds have a bad rep when it comes to the ladies. But uhh if you like Star Wars, Star Trek, comic books, etc. I'll be on you like white on Minute rice.
