Stress Tips: Walk away from your school work for 10-15 minutes, preferably with a walk outside, the fresh air will do you good and get your mind away from your work. Exercise, take the anger and stress from your studies and exert it within a format of exercise could even just be punching your pillow. Clean your living area, a clean work space leads to a clear mind, a cluttered workspace leads to a cluttered mind. Listen to some heavy music (metal, dubstep, punk etc).
