I don't get how so many girls say that guys need to man up and ask a girl out when they just sit on their asses and wait. It's hard to get that courage! Also, if you're looking for a "nice guy," you're not going to find it by going out with the cocky prick that asks out anything in a skirt. Nice guys are afraid to get rejected cause they're actually looking for someone. Leave a guys alone about being afraid to talk to a girl and if you're worth it then they'll ask or maybe you can try talking to them!
