#24995 In light of all the racist related posts of late, I would like to offer you some logic and reality to cool your hate fires.
What most people (and I do mean MOST) call "racist" is not actually racism at all. Allow me to 'splain.
If I say I don't like black films such as "Ride Along" and "Aunt Madina whatever the fuck" that does not make me a racist, because what I don't like is not the color of their skin but their culture. I don't identify with the black culture. I don't understand the humor/antics and I can't relate with the characters. When someone says "I hate baggy pants wearing gangster thugs" they're not being racist. They're saying they hate the culture of thuggery. But ANY race can be a thug. Just like white or Asian can be raised in or adopt the black culture as well as blacks be raised in and adopt the white culture. I have black friends that despise the black culture because they were not raised in it and therefore do not relate. I also don't care for the Hispanic culture. I don't hate it. I don't love it. I'm indifferent because it has nothing to do with me. So if I am asked what channel I want to watch and I say "Anything but Telemundo." that does not make me a racist. Preferring one culture to another is not racism. Because any race can adopt any culture. True racism would look like this: all whites are stupid because they're white, I hate black people because their skin is black, etc. I would say hardly anyone, black or white, TRULY hates dislikes someone for their skin. 9 times out of 10 if you REALLY listen to what they're saying, they're saying they don't like black or white CULTURE. And another thing, pointing out racial physical features is not racist. If I say white people have skinny noses and thin lips I'm making a generalization about MOST white people. If said to be mean, then that's just mean but it isn't incorrect. Pointing out a few anomalies doesn't mean anything. You can't base an argument on an exception. If I say most black people have big noses and large lips, it's not racist, it's an general anotomical fact. If I say most Asians have short noses and slit-like eyes it's not racist! Rude depending on the context, but not racist! Why is everyone so afraid of being different? It's okay that there are consistencies in the races and it's okay that those consistencies are different from each other. Stop being so sensitive. Is it racist that most professional athletes are black? Or is just a fact that we are typically more physically inclined for athletics? Is it racist that most CEO's are white? Or are they just typically inclined to have empirical minds? Instead of trying to achieve this weird racial ambiguoty that so many of you seem to be striving for, let's celebrate our differences! And for those of you wondering my father is black and my mother is white. So which side is going to acuse me of being racist?

#24991 It breaks down like this: the media is liberal and therefore most of the talking heads you see on the magic box from your favorite comedy to CNN are influenced by the liberal agenda. But liberals, despite the level of noise they make, are the minority. The vast majority of Americans are old fashion red white and blue conservative. They just don't realize they are the majority because they have little media representation and of course "reality" is dictated by the magic box. So to all you angry bleeding heart liberals out there who think you're the big dogs in town, I want you for a moment to really feel how small you all are. Toodles.
