#2087 Macalester so far has been both amazing and disappointing at the same time. I've met some amazing, inspiring students that have really challenged my thinking about really important issues (race, politics, gender).

On the other hand, I've met some students that have really made me lose a little faith, I feel like there are several "under cover" liberals who only side with the left because it's trendy and gives people a sense of moral capital, but when shit hits the fan we'll see if they walk the talk.

Going out, meeting someone, hitting it off with that person, making out with them for a while, and then having one of their friends slutshame them out of it/"think better of it" and then having them ditch me and leave me there while trying to set something up later with me. I'm sorry, but if you're gonna waste my time for a while only to blow me off and then try to get together with me later, go to hell. There are plenty of conservatives out there for you who "just want to dip a toe in." Don't waste my time.
