How do you ask out a guy at your co-op school to hang out...when you don't know if he's with someone or not...I think he's been checking me out...he always seems to be looking at me...but I'm scared to say anything in case he isn't single and I make things weird...

We pay a TON of money to go to this school. We pay a large chunk, per semester, for parking passes. We SHOULD BE ABLE TO PARK WHEREVER THE F*** we want. First come first serve. The tickets for parking out of the parking garage is just another way for this school to get money. I pay a ton to go here. Let me park where I want. It's not that big of a deal...Get a little more greedy concordia. Cause college kids have all the money in the world. Accept transfer credits. Get over your crazy rules that give you excuses to fine people. And let college be college. Thanks.
