I don't understand how people can go around saying "I'm broke, as in i have no money whatsoever" all the time, yet are constantly getting high and drunk. Either (a) they have poor priorities when it comes to budgeting and spending money, or (b) their super bums and stealing drugs and booze from people. SO what do I say? Get your priorities in mind and lay off the weed.
