I knew a smaller school would benefit me more in the future as far as education goes, but I just cannot stand all (okay, most) of the students that go here. Everyone's so nosy and in each others business.. There's more to life than gossip, frat parties, and getting laid. I love the education I am receiving here, since thats what came here for, but I honestly want to transfer now. This small of an environment makes me feel like I'm in a prison.

Maybe the Quad Cities seem really terrible and dangerous compared to your nice little Naperville homes. However, in the grand scheme of things you haven't seen terrible and dangerous. There's places in this world that make the Quad Cities look like Disney World.
