So I'm walking alone in front of Ryder House around 12:30 last night(stupid me) when these two fat white guys in cowboy hats pull up in a pickup truck. They said "hey" and I managed to choke out a gruff "hey" before I whipped my head straight forward and tripled my walking speed. Luckily went on their way... and then they pulled up to the next guy walking in front of me! One of my new pet peeves is when people can't manage time. I understand wanting to have a good time, but get your shit done first or make sure you'll do it. Backing out of commitments and things you have to do because you didn't do your shit is anything but respectful.

I'm pretty pissed off at my interracial friends right now. Why is it that my black/hispanic friends can tell all the black/hispanic jokes they want, but as soon as I, a white male, do it, I'm labeled a racist? I think race is something we should be able to laugh at. Jokes are jokes, right?
