We are automatically assigned a "big" as first year students (because the college is basically a giant sorority) unless we email the girls in charge. I thought it would be interesting, but I wasn't able to attend many of the social events, so just as I was about to email the girls in charge (well before the big/little pairs were supposed to be decided), I get an email from this girl I've never even met talking about how she's my big and all that stuff. Come to find out, she is by far one of the meanest and rudest people I have ever met, not to mention she has no common sense. I didn't ask for this, but there isn't anyone for me to contact about changing it. So my plan is to just pretend she doesn't exist from now on.
