#154 I am sorely disappointed that Colonel Holden and President Schneider did not hold steadfast to the traditions and values that ONCE made being recognized as a full Cadet a great honor. There is no honor in this decision and an obvious failure on the part of the administration to do the right thing.

Am I glad for the Rooks being recognized???? I suppose yes for the ones that actually earned it. Although I still believe that no one has earned it until all their brothers and sisters work as a team to ensure everyone deserves the honor.

In addition, did the administration learn NOTHING by announcing dates???????? Whether or not the Rooks deserve to be recognized is one dilemma, but to continue to announce a date for this honor is..... well I don't know... SAD. So long to the tradition of suspense on recognition night.

You might as well videotape the whole thing and publish it to get more students who can't meet the standards to enroll..... Boy that would sure boost tuition revenue, wouldn't it?

#153 I am the parent of a Junior, and ALL of us Rook '11 and '12 parents find your posts about this years Rook parents and Rooks HYSTERICAL!!! We've been sharing them on our private page, we have close to 200 parents on their.A lot of us have been commenting on all the BS on the P&F page, but some Rook parents are deleting their posts, which we find hilarious in it of itself. We've tried to just hold our breaths when it came to their posts, but sometimes you have to give it back to them! Keep up the great work, and keep busting their balls! Just wanted to let you know!

#150 Read many of the parents' comments. I wonder if they have any idea that the more they go on like this, the more they embarrass the rooks and the funnier we find it. One mother even said "they aren't expressing their opinions, they're acting like idiots....this shouldn't even be allowed".......brace yourselves Cadets, free speech is about to make a run for the I-Beam if the hairspray brigade have their way.
