Some of my gym rants:

DON'T LET THE WEIGHTS FALL. You're not impressing anyone with how much you can lift, you're startling everyone else and looking like a douche.

WIPE. THE. EQUIPMENT. DOWN. AFTER. YOU. USE. IT.
It takes you literally five whole seconds to wipe the seat with the gym-supplied wet-wipe. There's no excuse to be a slob. This isn't your private gym; other people use the equipment. Clean up after yourself like an adult.

I feel like the "Be Known" slogan is total bullshit. It should be changed or edited to add "Be Known IF you're extroverted, good looking, have played sports and are burning with a flame for Jesus so hot you'll melt all the known believer's faces off till they become believers." ... Okay, so that last one might be a little far, but all the same, it's ridiculous and utter bullshit.
The whole welcome weekend thing is built around the idea of doing fun physical activities with strangers to get to know one another. And sure, this works for some people, but some people aren't extroverted and don't enjoy going to parties. For some it is extremely difficult to even say good morning to a friend, just because of nerves and feeling shy. For some they don't like being in crowds of 40 some people, and rather they like being in groups of 2 or 3. But the way that the whole welcome weekend and everything else is structured forces people who are simply made the way they are to change who they are to "be known". They aren't being known though, not really, because they're having to change and act more social, try and have fun doing things they might not enjoy, because it is what is expected of them. And when these introverted students decide to be introverted and stay inside, they get called recluses or weird because they don't fit in... Well I say Fuck this shit to that, because there are some people here at george fox like that, and they are the real pieces of shit who stain the world.
If the college really wants people to be known, they should do more to help the introverted people do fun things that the introverted people might like. Give better opportunities for them to be known, while also allowing them to be themselves in smaller groups and not large hoedowns where they are either lost to the crowd or have to pretend to be extroverted to fit in; that's all I've got to say about that.

I'm intersted to see who goes to that new Pot Shop that's next to HMS and the VAC

I wish I had purchased a Donald Trump hat and shirt to wear to the first day of classes, because pissing off the overly sensitive little dipshits would bring such warmth to my heart.

One of the reasons I chose georgefox university was because I randomly stumbled upon this confession page and enjoyed laughing at other's pains and torments, and wanted an excuse to join in the pain sharing.

I am a senior this year and I have never really read any of my textbooks since starting college.

Yik yak now forces you to make a profile and no longer allows you to be anyonmous. Guess that means it's back to fox conffesions for me
