My roommate doesn't brush his/her teeth, and is such a mouth breather, that I almost wanna vomit when I enter our room and it smells of his/her breath...

When I first came to GFU, I came beause of the promise of a University with a strong Christian witness (something that is not all that common these days). I came because of a great student to faculty ratio. But I also came for the rigors of academic inquiry and real healthy intellectual diversity where my views as a conservative Christian would be accepted! However, as someone who majored with a dicipline in the humanities that is not how I have felt during my time at Fox. The Humanities at Fox are are absolutely filled with people who are left of center. There is very little representation of people who are conservative or even their ideas. Everything from the required reading to the faculty lectures themselves are very much not impartial. The sad thing is, I don't think most of the faculty members feel this way nor would they intend to produce such an ooutcome. But the fact is, I think its nearly impossible for a person's world view not to influence to their teaching whether subconsciously or not. And in certain disciplines such as Social Work, Sociology, English Literature, Reigious Studies, or even the Spiritual Life House etc. It feels very one sided and really perpetuates the echo chamber we have in this country where people do not speak, learn or even read about others who believe differently than them. If anyone doubts what I am saying I do honestly encourage him or her to prove me wrong. Produce an extensive survey (survey monkey or whatever) of the faculty member (and students if you like) views within each department. I think people will be startled by what they find. Some departments will be almost entirely left of center while others to the right. This is not healthy nor right! This is a message to those at Fox who have made me feel so unwelcomed in my views that I feel there is no other option but to voice my thoughts on Fox Confessions. Please, please be better. I don't want to look back on my time at Fox wishing I had attended another school like Corban where I feel I would be more accepted for who I am.

The guy I'm dating has a bigger chest than me. #struggles

I heard a story from some fellow students recently that really has bothered me. Apparently student cafeteria workers have been told to stop students from taking any food outside the cafeteria and are actually forced to make students put food such as fruit back if they are caught walking out with some. Take two apples with you? Congrats the Bon considers you a thief. Well apparently the other day a teacher went up to the staff and complained about needing to take food out of the cafeteria because they were "too busy ". Despite it being against the rules for students the teacher got others involved and they happily gave them a box to go. Apparently a teacher's 10 bucks matters more than our thousands. Its things like this that make me feel like the school and cafeteria really don't care about us. Sad, considering this is the "Be Known " college.

I have been craving to be apart of another orgy, I know its wrong. I try praying daily to cure my sickness... but time after time I catch myself searching.

Sure, this semester is starting off better than last, but I'm still feeling alone and depressed as shit about everything... and I still question whether I should just kill myself before I screw something up...

I'm afraid that if I "fail" my classes and don't do well in them, that my parents will disown me...

I feel like I don't know what an "outward sign of singleness" is. I wish guys would say what would help them feel more comfortable/courageous! As a girl I feel completely clueless as to what guys are wishing would happen, but at the same time I also am completely willing to help guys out if I only knew!
