Here is a confession/pet peeve of mine: I get really pissed off when people parade around the fact that they're gay or from an ethnic minority. Because I'm a straight white female, society tells me to shut up and not be proud of who I am. Well guess what? I love that I have white skin and I love being straight! I hate it when people say I ALWAYS have the advantage in life, but I'm working my butt off harder than anyone else. And for those affirmative action believers out there, how about you just actually earn what you want and stop using race as an excuse? We all have the same potentials to do well in this world and it's our job to make ourselves the best we can be. Everyone should be proud of who they are and not fear the color of their skin. If we're equals, we should all be able to express our pride with a sense of modesty and not boastfulness.

My god, I am so tired of the idiots that comment on every single post trying to show how that person's opinion/confession is wrong.

Sometimes I wonder what will happen after I die...what people will remember me for. Will it be for my successes...my hidden flaws...or people's perceptions? To be honest, it kinda scares me a little.

I wish Lithuanian people were not so unnoticed around campus.

Now that I am away from Fox, I have no shame in tanning topless. Theres just something about baring your breasts to the warm sun and soaking in all of its Vitamin D glory! Needless to say, I didn't think it wise to do so on the lawn behind Sutton. God bless fences (;

I swear but George Fox is trying to pick pocket as much as they can. My roommate and I were fined because of tack holes in the door that we didn't make. Another friend of mine was fined for the same thing. The most stupidest thing is that our dorm is going to be remodeled. Why bother?

I must confess. I hope I do get some feedback. I really dislike how many stretch marks I have all over my body, all of which makes me very insecure about wearing certain articles of clothing. Which then harms my self esteem and confidence in my abilities. Obviously it continues to be a down ward spiral from here on out. Especially whn it comes to meeting people to go out with and potentially having a future with someone. Is it really that big of a turn off as I think it is?

Even though I know I'm not ready yet, sometimes I want to have a baby so bad it hurts. I know that I want to get married, finish my education, and become more financially stable before I have children, but even so this has been a struggle for me for several years. I hope God can give me the patience to wait.
