I think it's when I try to make people take me seriously that they actually start to not.

I'm hopeless, and awkward, and desperate for love!

Last Semester, I had 2 classes with this girl, and I blew it. She doesn't think anything of me. But I'm not over her. I'm going to miss being around her...she has such an ephemeral presence, she has a kind of star quality.

I love being single. It's waaaay more fun to go out with your bros and do crazy fun stuff than to sit and listen to your gf talk your head off (Please, put a GUN in my mouth)! Moral of the story: quit whining, you babies. Stop stalking and brooding. Have some fun. Your money is better spent on tuition and beer.

I was sure that I was over the guy I had fallen so completely in love with last year.
I had moved on with my life, on to new experiences, new people and new places.
But suddenly my life seems to be full of things that remind me of him.
A piece of music, a picture, the way the mountains just peek up over the horizon.
I miss him more than I really know how to say, but I just keep wondering if he feels the same way.

This is not going to be a popular opinion, but as someone who supports equal treatment for LGBT, I think that Jayce and his lawsuit were extremely counterproductive and undermined the community, the school's reputation, and the reputation of Christian colleges in general. It turned friends against each other, and enlarged the divide between the LGBT community and the conservative/fundamentalist community. I'm glad it fizzled out. It had and has the potential to rip this school apart. If that's what we want, then let's go for it. But I am going to beg you all to join me in trying to pursue a more godly attitude in these situations, and make less of the situation, rather than blowing things like sharpie lines and housing quibbles so far out of proportion. We don't need drama, and if you are seriously in that much need of attention, then do something remarkable. Don't just complain and accuse. That's my plea, to everyone here. Let's make Fox a community of people who diffuse tension, solve problems, and reduce strife. Not a breeding ground of discord and hatred.
