I Can't wait to leave this school at the end of the year.

I am genuinely disgusted with the way people responded to the woman who posted about feeling uncomfortable at the gym. Only ONE PERSON so far has said anything even remotely supportive, while the rest of you merely made comments that served to invalidate what I'm sure was a completely legitimate concern. As a woman, I wholeheartedly agree with the OP. The number of times when I have been made uncomfortable by the gazes of men far outweighs the number of times I have felt flattered. Have you ever had someone look at you in a way that made you feel like you need to take a shower in order to remove the greasy, lecherous stains of their stares from your skin? I have. Are there other women who would have viewed those stares as appreciative or flattering? Sure. But no one has the right to tell anyone else that their feelings are wrong or foolish.

I legitimately hate going to chapel because I totally disagree with their method of worship, but evidently this isn't enough to waive my chapel credits. This sucks.

I hate that I can't even sit in the library without hearing a bunch of garbage coming out of stupid jocks that think they're so cool. Clean it up and learn some grammar, folks. I came to this school to be surrounded by wholesome, educated peers. Not your filthy mouths. I don't want to hear about the nude photos you received today, the 'asses' you checked out, or all the 'shit' you have to do because *gasp* you're at school.
