I think the reason so many guys made fun of the girl with the gym post is because it makes us feel guilty, so we want to discredit it. Here's a little story to help you understand why her post made me feel guilty. Maybe it's the same for other guys, or maybe not. I don't know.

See, what happened is that at some point in middle school I started noticing that it felt good to look at girls "that way," but at first I felt like it was wrong. I felt like it was an invasion of privacy, or disrespectful, or something. Then at some point I talked to someone about it, and they said, "Oh, that's normal. Everyone does that."

So I had these two feelings inside of me: that it was wrong, and that it wasn't a big deal. And over time the desire got stronger, and the feeling that it was wrong seemed less rational, because no one seemed to agree. So I have almost convinced myself that looking at girls that way is fine, and I do it often.

So reading the gym girl's confession made me wonder if I had gotten it wrong.

So I want to ask the ladies, what do you think is disrespectful? I mean, girls look at guys that way too right? So you must not think it's always wrong. I don't know. It seems like there are so many contradictions about sexual stuff, both inside me and in the world.

I accidentally ran into people in the trails tonight. I'm sorry if I freaked you out, I was just taking a walk.

Campus is so lonely on Saturday night! I just walked around and only saw a few people. It's hard for me to believe 2,000 people live here. Is everyone just in their rooms watching Netflix? We should have a movie night or something.

I tripped walking down the stairs to the canyon last night because I couldn't see. A light seriously needs to be put in there.

I am pissed off at GFU. I happen to like it here very much and the people here are awesome. But the fact is that everybody acts like they are in jr high and the administration puts ridiculous rules/standards in place that only jr high and high schools would have. One example is I can't even look at college humor using FoxWifi cause it's banned for "other adult materials" WTF! I am an adult!
