sometimes when i'm in coffin i feel like i'm in an insane asylum.

I just looked up "best things to do alone on a Friday night".... I need friends... or a cat...

I feel so alone and depressed. I try reaching out to my friends and none of them care. I always get ignored or a response that basically brushes me off.

I ran a mile and 1/4 today after working out. Here's how it went down.
I worked out 9:00-10:30 fairly hardcore--I would give myself a B...
Then I ran 3/4 of a mile
Three girls in the gym window began holding up signs that said "Keep it up," "Your mom called: run for Bruin Spirit," and "Run faster"
I sprinted the last half lap and would've gone for a shower, but they pointed at the signs again, so I got back on the track and sprinted another half lap and gave it everything I had.

I felt sick because I was exhausted, and I normally lift instead of cardio...I made it to the men's locker-room and : 0 < in a sink.

What I hate most about chapel is how loud it is in there. It makes concentrating on my homework really hard to do
