I have this ache inside my chest that is longing to be something, do something, change something. I feel stuck, confused, and frustrated locked inside some nameless emotion. I try to create art to ease it, and it works...for a little bit. I try to express this feeling, fulfill this need to say something I don't even know how to identify. I was raped a little more than a year ago by a young man who back then was my boyfriend. I felt so confused and ashamed so I never reported it or told anyone.
