I went to an on campus party last night. There were so many people you would not expect there!

To those of you who posted on Yik Yak about "him": how dare you!!! I happen to be very close friends with "him",and he is nicer and a better person than all of you put together!!! I cannot belive that you all parade around this campus, claiming to be Christians, yet you forget what Christ is like. He ate with sinners,tax collectors, and hookers!!! And yes, even homosexuals!!! I am a strait, Christian girl, but that does not mean I can't be close friends with a gay person! This young man who you all attacked on your phones knows that I do not support or agree with everything that he does,but he knows that I love him as a person. And as for the way he dresses: who gives a dam? I have seen girls on this campus(and guys to be honest) dress way sluttier than he does. We are all individuals who express ourselves in different ways. You all should be ashamed of yourselves!!! I am shocked that you all would treat someone this way!!! Why don't you all try getting to know him before you attack him like that? You might be surprised. And even if he seems unaffected by your verbal abuse and cyber bullying, believe me, he is. You all owe him a huge apology. And if I find out who you bastards are that treated my friend like this: you better run and hide, cuz you will get more than a piece of my mind!!!

I don't understand what's so bad about Nickelback. I actually like some of their songs..

Once again you have brought me to tears. Not because of the wonderful connection between me and God, but because of my heart trying to time itself to the banging of the drums, and the strum of the bass guitar. I realize people like it loud, but there are some of us that are sensitive to lower frequencies and when they are amplified too high it causes us pain. Imagine being punched in the chest by one of our linebackers with brass knuckles every time the base drum is struck on the set. You can do loud without causing pain. I know. I have been in the third row in a Kutless concert. If you do not think they are loud, you do not listen to their music. They just knew how to eq and balance their board to everything did not cause people pain. When you can brag that chapel worship is louder than a jet engine at take off, there is something wrong. (The jet engine is just a rumor I heard, but the fact that it exists only helps to prove my point). I would enjoy chapel much more if it did not hurt to attend. And I know I am not the only one. I have talked to others.
