Just an FYI as an Alumni, if Fox still does the “Sex Talks” I just want to say it’s complete bullshit and still 6 years later still majorly regret listening to it. If it wasn’t a Christian school, then sure whatever they said. But it’s truly a shame to have to hear faculty talk about how they got pregnant at 15 from not having sex, that if you’re naked with your boyfriend it’s probably a sign you’ve gone too far, or just masturbate every time your horny so that you don’t have sex. Ha! Absolutely no thought given to want purity actually is, living not being consumed with lust, or what sex is like in beautiful marriages. I’m confused why telling the depraved stories of faculty would be helpful when most students no matter how “sheltered” have already experienced or heard similar stories.
Now that I’ve gotten to see amazing Godly marriages from people who trust God no matter of their pasts or mistakes, I realize how much Fox missed the point with the opportunity to build up students who would get married. All I saw was the mocking “ring before spring” with no hope of what a God marriage could be.
