Maybe I chose the wrong major. I'm going for English education but absolutely cannot STAND my English classes. Really, all they are is an hour where professors can jam their opinions down your throat. I can't wait until my actual education studies classes start.

Today at BOB I was kind of disappointed to see so many students flocking to and supporting TOMS shoes. I understand the want to help and that people inherently don't know what they're doing wrong, but before you get so into an organization you should do some indepth research about an organization. The buy-one-give-one is an economically unsustainable model and actually hurts several people in developing countries as opposed to helping them. The better option is to support developing-nation founded companies -directly impacting and improving their local economy.
