As a Poli Sci major, when something like this government shut down happens, I almost have to cut myself off from social networks entirely. So many people all of a sudden pretend to have been following the issues all along and make drastically ignorant, uninformed and horrifically inaccurate statements regarding the issues. Follow the developments and make intelligent arguments after actually doing your research. Otherwise, do us all a favor and keep your mouth (and Facebook status) shut!

To the guy who blew a stop sign on your bike on Chippewa street, forcing me to almost hit you (because I had no stop sign). Being on a bike does not make you a pedestrian. You do NOT have the fucking right if way.

So yesterday i ran into a girl's foot with my bike by complete accident. I sincerely and expressively apologized and then i got the nastiest look in the world.
