Okay guys, little piece of advice: if you have feelings for your friend, neighbor, girl you sit next to in class...TELL HER. Speaking from experience, most girls aren't going to make the first move, even if they have feelings for you. If she keeps talking to you, if she likes your statuses and your pictures, if she makes sure to say hi to you every day, there's a good chance she has feelings for you too. What's the worst that will happen if you go for it? Sure, she might turn you down, but what if she says yes? It's so cliche but you won't know until you try! Don't wait around too long, the semester is short and you'll miss your chance before you know it!
