Ah, UWEC homecoming: A time when school spirit is some crazy French word that's translated as "drunken bullshit." When the student body collectively reinforces my negative views of the student body. And when everyone feels the need to be even more obnoxious than they already are.

Just a reminder, folks: Have fun during homecoming. Do fun things. But try to be in control of all your faculties and try not being totally obnoxious at 2 AM. And perhaps you could try experimenting with some different music.

Confession...... I love my girlfriend, but I think I'm losing the romantic part of love... meaning, I care about her sooo much, but its almost like shes more like my best friend and only that. The thing is I know she wouldn't want to stay friends. Not even after having time to get over me. Especially cuz I think I might care about someone else in a romantic way. I wish it could all just be easy. I'm not a bad guy i'm just stuck in a hard situation...

To the girl I met in orientation over the summer. You seemed like an amazing person and I keep wishing I had asked for your number. we did run into each other like the first day of school, I was walking towards Sutherland unknowing where the heck it was so I asked the group of girls ahead of me. You recognized me right away as the kid who came to orientation alone. I still keep hoping we'll run into each other one more time, you really did make a good impression on me.

Nathan W is one of the most genuine and awesome people I've ever met. Anyone who knows him is truly blessed.
