sometimes you are not the only one suffering, your negative energy has a impact on everyone around you and by asking for "help", you're only going to be locked up in a psych-ward with a bunch of other depressed people while leeching off of tax payer's money, it will never help to be surrounded by such negative energy, the pills they give you will never work, it's only the psychological part of thinking you're taking something that will help.

Source - holding a 9mm to my head everyday for the last 3 years, the only way I got out of the 5 year depression is by thinking about the things above and self determination, not begging for sympathy. If you see me now you would've never been able to guess about that part of my life.
