I'm in Woco, and I just need to vent about our new conductor this year. She reminds me of a cranky grandma who hates young people. She does not have my respect because she does not give it to the choir/us. She is very rude about when we are not singing the right notes (you're supposed to help us, not scold us and shake your head and purse your lips). She gives us absolutely random instructions and no form of feedback on how to add emotion or dynamics to the song. She stresses me out so much because she just has this constant need to CONTROL us. It makes me feel really rebellious and anxious just being around her when she's like that. If we weren't already obligated/partially paid to go to Ireland in the Spring, I don't think I would stay in choir. She is seriously that bad.

I wish people could see past my looks. I know I have a lot to offer a guy; I just wish gay men weren't so vain.
