I've always wondered what is in the bathroom machines when it says sex toy surprise next to the condoms and tampons? Anyone ever gotten one?

I just want that one girl to curl up with, talk to about whatever, go on walks and just overall be with. I feel like that's never going to become a reality, though. :(
