I don't understand why everyone likes alexis paladini or whatever.
i think she's annoying and fake.. and a terrible RA.

since no one will say it, the most terrifying thing ever is when the cashier gives you change and you're struggling to put it in your wallet/purse cause everyone next in line is waiting for you to hurry up.

Society is messed up. If I say I'm ugly (which is how I feel sometimes), everyone yells at me because I'm "fishing for compliments." But if I agree that I'm pretty (which is how I feel sometimes), I'm "vain and conceited." There is no in between. Why am I condemned for trying to have a positive body image?

I cranked up the heat in our room while my roommate was gone because she always turns her fan on at night and likes sleeping when it's freezing. I can't live like this!

I am a sophomore girl in college, and I still have my V-Card. Judge me.

Dear Roommate:

I don't know quite how to say this - I think I might be your roommate and be the one who smells different/weird. But, I have perfect hygiene (and to the commenter, I already have exceptional body wash) and I have no idea what could be causing the strange smell. It's not gross, just different. So either tell me about it and stop being so passive aggressive, or get an air freshener. OR - genius idea...open the window or door! The only thing that makes me think this isn't me is that I'm NOT a fragile person and I could most definitely handle you telling me about it, with the exception of a little embarrassment (like any normal person). But, even if I'm not your roommate you should talk to him/her or take one of the above-mentioned tips. THANKS.

I was walking from Davies this morning and I saw the stand for Play Therapy for Sick Children. After experiencing sitting in a hospital myself for awhile in highschool, I got really upset seeing how lonely, sad, and bored all these children sitting in there actually were. I immediately walked up the hill to my room in horan, grabbed $20 and a couple $1 of my desk, and walked it to them, it may not sound like much, but it was all I had. I made this confession to tell everyone if I had more it would be theirs. Seeing or even just imagining the look of enjoyment on the little guys and girls faces is worth so much. Look into the Robbie page foundation. And take it from me, if you see what it does, you'd pay a million and more. I know I would.
