I'm fat. I used to be in shape and then depression took over and now, I'm fat. I want to change, I need to change. I don't know where to start. I feel so much pressure to look like all these other girls I see on campus and it kills me knowing that I just let myself go off the deep end and lose my sense of mind. I need help learning what to eat. I know the exercises. I used to workout everyday. I have no motivation. I'm so sick of being fat, I cannot do it anymore.

Okay so this has really been bothering me and I want to know more about it. As a man, when I go to the bathroom and piss in the urinal, I need to hold my dick. I see guy just stand there and shove their dick close to the urinal, if I did that is would swing around. They don't hold their dick!?! Am I the only one who is confused here, is there a life skill for pissing I didn't learn, I need guidance here!

The best thing about the cold weather is now I can't tell who wears knit hats because they think it makes them look cool, not because it's cold out. So fucking annoying! Also, hopefully the rain boots will go away. Worst fashion trend ever!
