I'm asthmatic and it doesn't take much for me to start gasping for breath. I'm overweight, partially due to the difficulty I have in exercising without breathing, and I am constantly trying not to let people catch me breathing heavy so they don't judge me. I will hold my breath until I am secluded or fake a coughing fit in the hopes that I don't have to see the disgusted looks I get that say, "lose some weight you fat bitch".
