How do I tell my long time girlfriend that I've been falling out of love with her?

I hate the ignorance of people on this page who believe that racism against white people is impossible and/or does not exist. Racism is defined as the belief that all members of a certain race possess characteristics or abilities specific to that race. So, stop trying to pretend that there are not stereotypes and beliefs of white people that are negative just because whites don't have a history with extreme racism against them. Also, racism is not all "negative" in its initial intentions (for example, the racism exists where asians are believed/expected to be intelligent and quiet). So even though these expectations initially appear to be positive, they have negative consequences on the individuals because they sometimes develop a fear of failing/disappointing their stereotype. Similarly, there exist stereotypes of white people that initially positive and beneficial, but can be so harmful for the individual. Why is it so impossible for people to just come together and agree that stereotypes, racism, oppression, and prejudice can be harmful in ALL scenarios, will ALL individuals, REGARDLESS of their background/race.

I saw the age post down below. What about 4 years? I'm 24 and he's 20? Just curious to get some other people's thoughts. I sometimes get shit from my friends for it, which pisses me off because like someone already said: In the grand scheme of things, 4 years really isn't going to matter.... True love knows no bounds! (And it's legal) ;)

he doesn't know i've been crying for the past 6 hours. i don't know how to stop.

and deeply regretted it right after.
i'm glad he told me..
but it doesn't hurt my heart any less.
i tried not to cry in front of him.
i hate crying.
i cried nightly for nearly 3 years.
i had a break from it because he showed me that maybe i might be valuable and even loved.
i feel loved by him like no other.
but i also feel like he just slit my side open and i can't breathe.
it is the most awful feeling, feeling so, SO loved and so un-valuable and unwanted and easily replaceable at the same time.
how am i supposed to heal when it fucking hurts?
