So my ex-best friend and I have a ton of mutual friends, and she invited them all to go somewhere for Spring Break. They're all excited to go, but when they talk about it in front of me I get depressed and anxious. The last time it happened I went into my room and scratched my arm with a pen cap until I drew blood. The shit that went down between me and this girl almost put me over the edge, and I was trying so hard to block her out of my life, but now it's all coming back. Plus almost all of my friends will be gone over break. I'm afraid the anxiety is going to be too much and no one will be there to help me through it.
